Prenatal Fitness Classes

Fit4Baby®

FIT4BABY is our prenatal program that includes weekly workouts and community support. Each workout includes, cardio, core and strength to get your body ready for baby. The workout is about 40 minutes long and designed to keep you feeling good without overdoing it. Each workout ends with a birth prep stretch and meditation to help focus your mind.

Stroller Strides®
