Stroller Strides® isn’t your typical Mommy and Me class. It’s a functional, total-body conditioning workout, with a playful atmosphere that keeps the kiddos entertained with songs, activities, and fun!

STROLLER STRIDES IS POWERED BY MOMS, FOR MOMS.

Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in their strollers! Each workout is led by an instructor who is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically, in a supportive and encouraging environment.
